JM Staff came to my rescue when I needed day surgery kept my Fur baby busy. Lucky was in daycare, he got groomed and they returned him to me via Pet Taxi I was so grateful they are dependable especially for emergency time Thanks to all of you at JM PetResort

Excellent staff; very knowledgeable and empathetic. Specifically, my tech Emma went out of her way to make my dog comfortable and talked me through every procedure. She was extremely personable and kind.

Been taking my pup to the j&M Vet clinic since we adopted her 6 years ago.

I went with concerns that my cat was gonna have to be put down. Unfortunately, my concerns were real, but they made it so easy and so respectful, they even had a service store that you can exit, so you don't have to go back out through the front lobby. So everyone doesn't see you leaving in tears would definitely recommend it RIP Sophia 😔

Great staff, wonderful protocols on how to best bring and and get your dog. Boarding my Nala with them this weekend, they have my absolute trust.
