We recently sent our 6-month-old puppy to JM Pet Resort for their board and train program, and we had a wonderful experience. Throughout her stay, we received regular updates via email and videos, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear that she was being well cared for, and she came home healthy, happy, and noticeably better behaved. Our puppy actually arrived with some special needs — she had to wear a cone and required medication — and the team at JM Pet Resort handled everything with care. During her stay she also had a minor medical issue, and they made sure she was able to see a vet and receive the necessary medication. We really appreciated how attentive and proactive they were, and she returned home in great health. Our puppy has long hair, and she was also groomed during her stay. She came home beautifully brushed and bathed — the grooming was top notch. Overall, this was a complete and well-rounded experience. The staff at JM is wonderful! Everyone is consistently friendly and helpful. It makes me feel at ease knowing my dog is in great care whether it's daycare or boarding. My previous experience at another facility was not good and I feel so much relief that I have found a place I trust and have had nothing but good experiences with.

Very helpful, nice people, loads of resources and services, an on sight vet, transportation for your animals, and even a full pet shop inside too!

My French bulldog is name Blu Jackman,when it's my turn to pick him up I get greated with,are y'all related to Hugh Jackman. So hilarious,lol! The staff is like family,so it feels comfortable to my Blu with family.

The folks at JM are amazing! They truly care for your pet and want your pet to succeed. It’s important to keep the training going at home. I trusted my new pup with JM for two weeks for board and train and picked him up today. What a difference I see in him already. Trainers Aaron and Stacey are amazing! Stacey sent me videos of his training sessions which we loved to watch. I highly recommend JM.
