Linda and Stephanie from the Vet clinic… you are my heros!!! Leo is anxious on his best days.. and even with the chill protocol… he is a challenge in getting his nails done. Today… Linda and Stephanie… didn’t give up. And Leo gave them a run for their money . I can’t appreciate you all enough. The whole team at J&M .. we have been successful on our rescue journey because of all your kindness and support.

Jacqui at JM Pet Resort is a LIFE SAVER. My dog had previously been kicked out of three groomer’s for being fearful/reactive. Over this past year or so, Jacqui has taken the time to work with my Jeans and has gone above and beyond to help him feel his most comfortable while at the spa! From crying late at night wondering how I was going to help my matted dog, to a completely transformed pup (with great hair) a year later - I am FOREVER GRATEFUL!

My black lab Marlo has been attending daycare 5 days a week for around 3 years now.. She gets SO EXCITED to see staff and causes a scene (whining and wiggling) every time she walks through the door. She uses the veterinary clinic as well and they helped me make it through puppyhood, viruses, and injuries as painlessly as possible. They're great about fitting her in when needed, and it makes it so easy to have her seen when she's already there for daycare. Marlo started socializing at JM Pet Resort & Veterinary Clinic when she was 5 months old, and I am grateful every day for the impact that this facility had on her during her formative years. She is trustworthy and well mannered around ALL other dogs (and people), and definitely gained these qualities through her time at JM. I love this entire team! Every department & service exceeds my expectations and my well-behaved adult dog is really a testament to the quality of this resort.

I have been bringing my dogs to JM Pet Resort for more than 14 years. Members of the JM team have helped train, care for and assist in making difficult end of life decisions for creatures that have held an enormous space in my heart. The knowledge, kindness, compassion and comfort that they have shown to me and my pups is both indescribable and invaluable. Sandra Vining's training techniques helped me navigate the quirks and idiosyncrocies of my most precious German Shepard for almost 14 years. She made herself a resource to me whenever needed up until the end of Khloe's life and I will be forever grateful for that. All throughout JM you will find very special people. I hope Jeni takes great pride in what she has built.

I go to this vet for my cat and I highly recommend them. They are the friendliest people and very knowledgeable. You can tell they truly care and love what they do. They also will not charge you just to charge you! They are up front about prices. For a recent visit I took my 3yo son and the vet and tech both involved him in the whole visit—they let him listen to our cat’s heartbeat and included him in the whole assessment. They even put on a kids show for him while we waited in the exam room! Really made our day!
