Pet Sitting & Dog Walking

All Pet Sitting Services include:

• Initial consultation to review care instructions is FREE.
• Home visits one or more times per day.
• Clean up after your pets.
• Personal attention and playtime.
• Provide water, food, and treats.
• Not to worry, we’ll tell you all about it in a report card, text, or email.
• Walk along designated routes each day near your home.
• Practice basic obedience skills during each visit, including sit to say hi, loose leash walking, sitting at doorways - all part of our unique PLAYtrain^® program.
• One-on-one personalized dog walking (no group walks).

We get to know every pet by name — dogs and cats, alike — along with their unique personalities, routines, and needs.

When you're away, our team is there to provide reliable, compassionate care that goes far beyond the basics. 

Other benefits of Pet Sitting & Dog Walking include: 

• Medical Support: We can administer insulin or other medications as needed.
• Add-On Training: Customize a visit with mini training sessions to reinforce positive behavior.
• Health4PETS^® Extras: Add services like grooming brush-outs or special treats. Check out our full list below.
• Pet Food Delivery: Have food or supplies delivered during your scheduled visit.
• Home Care: We’ll water plants, turn lights on/off, bring in mail, take out trash, and complete a basic home security check.
• Emergency Response: If needed, we’ll transport your pet to our JM Veterinary Clinic or your designated veterinarian.
• Whether you have a curious kitten, a senior pup, or anything in between, we treat your home — and your pets — with the same care and respect we’d expect for our own.

How to Register
Log in to the Pet Portal and submit proof of up-to-date vaccines, or email your pet’s vaccinations records to: info@jmpetresort.com

Once your Pet Portal information is up to date, give us a call! Our team will verify and transcribe your pet’s records, then schedule your Health4PETS^® Meet & Greet with one of our trusted sitters!

Vaccination Requirements
To keep all pets safe and healthy while in our care, we require proof of current vaccinations from your veterinarian.

For Pet Sitting & Dog Walking, the rabies vaccine is required at a minimum.
For use of other JM Pet Resort services, please review our full list of Vaccine Requirements.

Terms & Policies
Key Retrieval/Return Fee: $15 if a key isn’t provided during the initial consultation.

Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation fee equal to the full service cost will apply:

• With less than 24 hours’ notice during non-peak periods
• With less than 48 hours’ notice during peak periods
