We continue to work on home issues such as: jumping up, nipping, biting, eating rocks or toys, digging, and will provide some time for free time play so the dogs learn to interact & play appropriately.
“Real Life” – Adventure College
For dogs 10 months & older*
6 classes (1 hour each) $150
So, you’ve taken our Basic Obedience Classes and made it through. Now – lets go on some adventures! In this workshop your dog will accompany you on several different ‘adventures’ such as a hike or walk in highly populated outdoor areas. For example, a local farmer’s market, downtown areas or outdoor shopping malls, and indoor pet friendly stores (i.e. The Home Depot, Bass Pro Shops and Pet Smart). The challenge will be that you and your dog put the skills that you’ve learned in other classes to the test! Your dog will have to be calm when approaching crowds of people, and walk nicely up and down the aisles of pet friendly stores where there are lots of new smells and shopping carts moving!
We recommend that you use a flat collar and a 6-foot leather leash for training. All dogs must be current on vaccines.
