On a hot Friday, June 20, 1976, Russ Dwyer, an IBEW electrician since 1972, saved the life of a coworker while on the job. Russ worked tirelessly, performing CPR until emergency services arrived. In honor of this heroic act, Russ received an award for presence of mind, prompt action and genuine concern for his fellow man. It’s been more than forty years since that day and Russ is now in need of a double lung transplant. Help us show our appreciation for Russ Dwyer by joining us for a night of laughs as we raise money for Russ’s care during this difficult time. Help us breathe life back into one of your fellow brothers as he did for his fellow man.
